Amazing as a breakfast or a snack.
- 1.5 onions
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tbsp mohra1
- 1 tbsp chana dal2
- 1 tbsp urad dal3
- 1 tbsp jeera4
- 0.5 cup peanuts
- 2-3 karepak
- 0.25 tsp hing5
- 0.5 tbsp haldi6
- 1.25 cup poha
- 1 lemon
- Cut 1.5 onion into very small pieces
- Put 3 tablespoons of oil into a big pan
- Add 1 tablespoon mohra1, 1 tablespoon chana dal2, 1 tablespoon urad dal3, 1 tablespoon jeera4, 0.5 cup peanuts
- Add 2-3 karepak, 0.25 teaspoon hing5, onions and then 1.5 spoons oil (mix until onions transparent)
- Add 0.5 tablespoon haldi6 and 1.25 cup poha
- After mixing and letting heat, squeeze 1 lemon when done.
- Make ponhi7 and add to poha
