Onion Chutney
Easy chutney for dosa.
- 2 onions
- dry chinch1
- 1 green2 and 2 red3 chilies
- 1 tablespoon urad dal4
- 1 teaspoon jeera5
- 1 teaspoon mohra6
- salt
1. Chop up 2 onions and tear this amount of dry chinch1 | |
2. Add salt, and 1 green2 and 2 red3 chilies and sautee till onions clear. | |
3. Make ponhi7 with 1 tablespoon urad dal4, 1 teaspoon jeera5, and 1 teaspoon mohra6. Add dal first, then when brown add the rest. | |
4. Blend sauteed onions, and add the ponhi to blended chutney. |
