Quick dinner with chapati.


  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 stalk of karepak
  • 1 stalk of kothmir
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • tsp haldi1
  • tsp mohra2
  • tsp jeera3
  • 3 green chilies4
  • 3 red chilies5
  • 1/2 tsp hing6

1. Create chickpea water by adding 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and teaspoon of haldi to water, and stir so there are no clumps.
2. Add teaspoon of mohra, teaspoon of jeera to oil on medium heat.
3. Add 3 green and 3 red chilies, and half teaspoon of hing to oil on medium heat.
4. Once mohra start popping, add chopped onion to oil.
5. Add karepak and salt to onions and saute.
6. Once onions clear, add one chopped tomato.
7. Once tomatoes are soft, add chickpea water. Add water as needed.
8. Stir till done, then add some kothmir before eating.
